Have a question about a particular product? Find it in my Portfolio, then leave a comment on the discussion board there. I’m committed to getting you guys/gals answers within 24 hours in most cases! Keep in mind that I’ll be sporadically taking days off over the holidays to enjoy time with family, but I take support seriously, so don’t hesitate to fire off a question if the documentation doesn’t help.

December 19, 2011: The year’s almost over! I’m taking a brief break from releasing new themes for the next week or two to enjoy the holidays with my family (including my newborn daughter!) – Hope you guys/gals get to do the same. I’ll still be supporting my products like crazy though, so if you’ve got a question, use the product boards

October 30, 2011: Big news! I’ve released 2 big responsive themes over the last month… which is awesome… but that’s not the big news My wife and I had our first baby this past Sunday (Elle Marie Jones!). As such, I’m going to likely require a bit more time to answer all support requests. I’ll still do my best to answer everything that I can within 24 hours, but if I lag, I’ll greatly appreciate your patience! Thanks a bunch!

August 16, 2011: I’m Back! After taking the last couple of months to dive deep into some new theme-ing research, best practices, and design models (oh, and launch Wp.tutsplus.com!), I’m excited to announce that I’m officially back on ThemeForest and ready to start kicking out some new top notch themes.
