Listed below are some examples of what the Regular and Extended licenses on ActiveDen can be used for by category. You should also read the precise licensing terms, and the simplified overview to understand how our licenses work. The information presented below is provided to assist you in understanding our licensing policy and the ways in which you may use the products which are available for sale on ActiveDen. Item Packs: Each item within a pack is considered to have its own license. For example, someone could purchase a pack of 10 preloaders and use each preloader in a different project, as long as each individual preloader is used in one project only.

The Regular License could be used for any of the following:

  1. Single website (commercial, personal, or non-profit).
  2. Single website for a client (commercial, personal, or non-profit).
  3. Single promotional interactive presentation.
  4. Single free e-card or game.
  5. Single free online video such as a free tutorial, animation, cartoon, or YouTube™ video.

Extended License Examples

The Extended License could be used for any of the following:

  1. Template to be used by multiple users, but through a single service.
  2. Single commercial game, whether online, mobile, or for consoles etc.
  3. Single Interactive CD/DVD for sale.
  4. Single piece of computer software or training material, including education material, intended to be distributed or accessed by multiple people.

How much does the Extended License cost for Flash?

The Extended license costs varies based on sub category, but is typically 50 times the cost of the Regular license of the item. For example, an Image Viewer or Gallery that's $10 under a Regular license, would be $500 (50 x $10) under an Extended license.

Items purchased under a regular or extended license may NOT be redistributed or resold "as-is" or as part of any other collection of resources or files.

The Extended License could be used for any of the following:

  1. Single free or paid game that will be distributed on multiple platforms.
  2. Single paid game in a single location.
  3. Single piece of computer software or training material, including education material, intended to be distributed to multiple people.

How much does the Extended License cost for Unity 3d?

The Extended license costs varies based on sub category, but is typically 2 times the cost of the Regular license of the item. For example, a game starter kit that's $20 under a Regular license, would be $40 (2x $20) under an Extended license.
