Im not really sure what to use this file for.. What Im thinking is that it just gets the last character typed, and also shows the search string. But does it actually search for anything? Care to explain it bit more?

This is a flex ui component, you can do what you ask, but you will need to implement your flash to javascript communication and code your search logic.

I wanted to drop this component in My Flash Builder 4 project. I read the Read Me file and dropped the necessary elements in my project. I even added the line: However, I see nothing.
I’m sure your component works well and I’m just doing something wrong. I have a RSS .air project file and was just trying to add your search component to it so I can have an RSS with search capabilities to it.
