Hello! I have a problem in video YouTube. When you press video, a player it is not visible. There it is empty. Though youtube.swf and you_tube.xml are loaded. Here so it looks: http://o-web.narod.ru/1.JPG What’s the problem?

Hi OksanaW,
YouTube changed their API and we had to make an update to account for this. So it’s likely that you have a very old copy of the template. But you can login to the account from which you purchased the template and download fresh copy from your downloads page.

And still such question. A problem with usual video in a template. For some reason than more the video file weighs, that the size of a videoplayer becomes too more. The less video weighs, the size of a videoplayer becomes less. Thus, the video file which high quality also weighs quite a lot, when opening isn’t located in the monitor screen.

I am trying to add this paypal shop to the template (http://activeden.net/item/paypal-shopping-cart/35390). I actually had paid you last year for this help and you were able to do it. However, I lost that Template you had for me when I comp broke down and I didn’t back it up.
I was able to add it, but I cant get it to be a full page like you did before. And the way I have it now, it won’t center itself on the page, only be either TL or BL.

Hello Jack,
I bought your very cool template several months ago, and we noticed a few new features like a “Demo Reel” button and some other new items. I re-downloaded the template but those added features in the current live preview aren’t showing up in the current download. Do I need to buy a fresh copy of the site to get the new features? Sorry if this question has already been answered.

Hi Thundershot,
My guess is it’s a local Flash security thing. Try uploading the template to an online server and things should work ok.

I don’t think it’s a security issue. I purchased the version of the file that has the tropical images, not the fashion photos. It looks like you updated the file after my purchase, because the version I have never included features like the “Demo Reel” menu option that is in the live preview you have posted now.
I was wondering if you did add new features, and if I can download the fashion photo version of the site based on my previous purchase.

Hi Thundershot,
Are you sure? The “Demo Reel” has been there for a while. In fact, the only time the download source has been different from the preview (other than the stock photography which was never included) was for a few days after we first launched the template over 2 years ago. After that the download source menu has always been identical to the preview.
If you put the site online and it’s still not working send me a message and I’ll check it out.
