AS3TextFX - Text Animation Engine

Hi flashhorvath,

There is 3 functions with the TextFX; show, hide and play. And each one dispatches events. So you can leave the text on stage and you can hide again when there is no need anymore.

hi, many thing is possible. you can check the preview for the parameters that you can change.

it’s a class library to create text effects. you need to write some code to create effects from your static text field. code generator(preview file) is included and I’ve explained how to do with samples. if you won’t understand, I can help you to create the file you need. if you have used a tweener class before, I’m sure you can use this too.

Oops, I’ve wrote the last message from dashboard, I thought that it’s the “datepicker”. Sorry. You just need to embed your font to the textfields you create. Click “Embed…” button under the properties of text field. If you are using CS5 , you need to check “Classic Text”, not “TLF Text”.

I’ve used vectors so it needs flash player 10+. If you can change all vectors to arrays or objects and if you know about dynamic font embedding, you can make it work with CS3 . But I don’t guarantee.
