I can’t open any of the folders Help I down loaded the software and unziped it then I opened the bin file as instructed and clicked on expressInstall and I get a windows cant open this file. then I have the option to select windows to fix the problem or use a web based repair service that only wants to charge more money. I am using windows 7 on a toshiba laptop.
