WANTED: Video Background modification

I’d like assistance in modifying the swf of a Joomla module that loads as a video background.

The modifications I want to include are:

floating opaque controls that I can place left, right top or bottom, configurable in the back-end that allow you to “skip” a video on the front end.

On the back end you could specify more than one video to play, the order in which to play AND if any particular video should loop?

As an example, I’d like to display a short presentation when you get to my site, at the end of THAT video it automatically plays the next video that loops as the background video. OR if you’ve visited the site before perhaps you do not want to see the presentation again and can click a control to skip to the next video which is the video background that loops.

The idea is based on the Annom template on Themeforest in the CMS /Joomla section which can be seen at this url. http://webxnet17.webxotic-designs.com I do have the permission of the module owner to modify the module.

Please let me know if this is possible, how long it would take to complete, and at what cost.
