Require experienced AS3 programmer: good at programming animation/tween speeds

We require help via Skype for ‘probably 2 hrs’ from a programming superstar. On how to program different elements of a flash program to tween at different speeds. Must be highly competent at AS3 . Must have Skype, please add:

Once you add us, we will show you the element we need programming and you can tell us if you can do it (this should take 5 min to show you). You will need to program it live over skype screen share. We will pay you per hour of work, at your rate. Please specify your rate when you initiate a skype chat.
