I can not place the project (first time) need help

HI ALL !! A few times trying to place my work (Flash AS3 project) Every time a letter arrives “Unfortunately your preview files are not named correctly …”. The following quote file structure. What is wrong?

Preview

preview.zip:

- js
- GamePreview.swf
- index.html

I guess this has to be -preview.swf instead of – GamePreview.swf, but its best to ask support what exactly is wrong.
