Cannot find way to login to affinity/it forum

I have gone to the Affinity/it forum to get help with the wordpress theme Universal Business Theme. They say to “Send us a private message via Themeforest Contact Form: http://themeforest.net/user/ait#from with text “Support Forum Request” However, I cannot find the ThemeForest contact form and without it, cannot access the help I need. Can you offer help.
